Age 9 — first contact with code

I started coding when I was nine. At that age it wasn't "engineering" — it was curiosity. Typing things into a machine, watching it react, and slowly realising that the computer would do exactly what I told it to, no more and no less. That early feedback loop is what hooked me, and it never really stopped.
